The accessibility for wheelchair users

The University of Warsaw has dozens of buildings with different levels of accessibility. A database of UW buildings with a description of their architectural accessibility and additional information is provided at the link below. You can browse the buildings by grouping or use the search engine available in the list of all buildings.

Additional information about a building’s architectural accessibility, work organisation or the possibility to provide assistance in the building can be obtained by contacting the building administration – detailed contact information is provided with the accessibility description for each building.

Persons with disabilities can contact the OPD to obtain additional transport and assistance, make changes, e.g., move classes to accessible buildings, or take advantage of many other forms of support individually tailored to their needs.

The information provided has been provided by the building administrators and is continuously reviewed by the BON. Please direct any comments to the Architectural Accessibility Coordinator at the OPD.
