Registration at the OPD

When you apply for the support of the Office for Persons with Disabilities UW, you must register by filling in the following questionnaire:

The next step is to arrange a meeting with a consultant for students’ affairs to discuss the student’s situation. During the meeting the documentation will be helpful to point out the functional consequences of the health situation.
