Candidates with disabilities and chronically ill who would like to apply for admission to the University of Warsaw may contact the Office for Persons with Disabilities. Persons with disabilities who wish to study at the University of Warsaw may choose any faculty according to their interests. The University does not impose any restrictions on the choice of studies because of the candidate’s health condition.

By maintaining a standard way of participation in classes, we help to get changes of venue without diminishing the requirements, equalize the opportunity to study for people with disabilities and chronically ill.

Persons with disabilities, like all candidates, undergo qualification procedures appropriate to their chosen faculty. Detailed information about the courses and the recruitment criteria can be found on the website of the Admission Office.

There aren’t any allowances or exemptions from the examinations for persons with disabilities, but the University ensures the adjusted form of the examination due to the needs of the disabled candidate.
